My name is Jebbie! I am a RYT-E500 yogi along with a beautifully attuned reiki master and shaman practitioner. After years of pain management, PTSD, depression and anxiety from injuries of life, I found such epic healing when I changed my energy towards self and created this whole other reality. Reality of light. From my first class of choosing me, my life kept going down this groovy path of self discovery. Welcoming feel good words and breathe into myself along with gentle movements understanding my limits and working with them not against them. I was able to overcome so many challenges life presented me by this wonderful life practice. It is my honor to reconnect other beings to their light that they feel has been lost along the way, when in reality it’s right there like a puppy at the door wagging its tail waiting for your attention :) I am look forward to learning and growing so much with the community that has been flowing around me.
